Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using pickiekids.com (the “Site”) and purchasing products from Pickie Inc. (“Pickie,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products and Health Disclaimer

Pickie products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our products are formulated for children ages 2–12 and should be administered by a parent or guardian. Always consult your child’s pediatrician before starting any new supplement.

Product images, descriptions, and nutritional information are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, formulations and packaging may vary. If your child has known allergies, review the full ingredient list before purchase.

Subscriptions and Billing

Pickie offers monthly subscription plans. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your first order receives a promotional discount (currently 40% off). Subsequent orders are billed at the standard subscription rate with a 10% ongoing discount.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@pickiekids.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Sales tax may apply depending on your location.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pickie Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickie Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
