Information We Collect
Information you provide: When you create an account, take our quiz, place an order, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, shipping address, payment information, and details about your child (such as age range and dietary preferences) to personalize product recommendations.
Automatic information: We use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages visited, time on site, referring URL, device type, and browser. We use PostHog for product analytics and OneSignal for push notifications, both configured to respect your privacy preferences.
Payment information: Payments are processed securely through Stripe via RevenueCat. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to fulfill and ship your orders, personalize your product recommendations via our quiz, send order confirmations and shipping updates, improve our products, website, and customer experience, send marketing emails (only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe anytime), and comply with legal obligations.
Children’s Privacy
Pickie products are designed for children ages 2–12, but our website and services are directed at parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The child-related information we collect (age range, dietary preferences) is provided by the parent or guardian and is used solely to recommend appropriate products.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@pickiekids.com and we will promptly delete it.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business: Stripe and RevenueCat (payment processing), Vercel (website hosting), PostHog (analytics), OneSignal (notifications), and our shipping fulfillment partner. All providers are contractually required to protect your data.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, opt out of marketing communications, request a copy of your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@pickiekids.com.
